The car was way ahead on the trailer. Weight must be centered on trailer axles.

Not according to U-Haul. The tires had to be against the chocks in order for the tire strips to be securely fastened. Am I OK with the design? In no way. Wanted to invent my own backup system for 1,400 miles of towing? NO.
I made the executive decision to tow it in accordance with the instructions on the trailer. I will never rent a U-Haul trailer again.

Hi Jason, I tried to send you a PM but the forum says it has exceeded its PM storage and cannot receive more until it frees up some space. ;-) I'm still interested in the Eibach kit and would like to get more information from you.

Hello everyone, this is my first post on the forum. I need to post some answers before I can ask my own questions, so feel free to skip them. I bought a 2009 Urban Runner that is about 1200 miles from anywhere in town on Kodiak. Anyway, with the XREAS system, I wonder if anyone got smart and tried to harness some powerful dampers and reuse existing plumbing. It might be an expensive undertaking, but it would be a great app if it worked.

You can keep what you have and make a space elevator, how many kilometers do you have? See before and after photos with xreas 4Runners etc. here:

I have a 2009 with 94,000 km. I like the ride and how XREAS works, but I need to replenish my resume and would love to add to it. This is my first IFS vehicle. I've owned several Land Cruisers and have rebuilt and fitted all the axles with suspension. I never thought about spacers. Is the spacer option just meant to fix the XREAS issue? And when lifting them, do you need to consider longer shafts or just extension sleeves?

I sold a bunch of them to Xreas trucks. Mainly because we designed it first, the kit was designed by an xreas 4runner. I've been selling this ad since late 2005. Some people like the xreas option and don't want to remove it. If you want to keep it, this is a very inexpensive way to raise and level it. If you don't want any more xreas, you can remove everything and redo all the shocks and springs, which will obviously cost more.

Does anyone know if the front strut assembly and rear shocks from a 5th gen 4Runner will fit our 4th gen? i have a 03 v8
Part numbers of fifth generation releases:
Front: 48510-35430
Rear: 48510-35161
If they fit, would I see a lift of them on my 03?

Yes, they will, it is constantly changed. You may need to scrape off the steel sleeve that feeds the bottom bolt on the front shock absorbers. Some yes, others not. You may also need to open the hole where the top bolt for the rear shocks goes through a little. Some yes, others not. Are you looking for a lift or just an inexpensive upgrade? In my opinion, the Gen 5 suspension will raise about an inch.

Hi everyone, I need some suggestions for trying to get a full 3 inch stroke for my '05 V8. Problem is, I'm going to be riding on dirt, so I have a lot of weight on my back, and all the sub 2k kits I've come across don't offer that kind of back lift.
I'm going with aluminum bumpers and skid plates that cut half the weight of steel, but me, my wife and 2 pitbulls with a fully equipped kitchen still have a lot of weight, although by my calculation it's still safe on the payload side .
Another thing, I don't have the money for the Icon or any 5k to 4k kit, I'm already rebuilding the car from the frame I'm looking for so any suggestions where I can find that would be a huge help as well. .
I'm not a rock crawl, but I like to be prepared for every possible situation.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Just complementing my post, I really liked this kit that I found here on the forum
But 2 inches of back lift, I don't know if it's better for me to add a 1 inch body lift to the kit.
And I don't know if the Bilstein cop with a college ball is uca.

With increased mileage, has anyone completely replaced the stock suspension with OEM parts and noticed a huge improvement?
I know there's a lot to replace. What's the best way to ensure I order all the parts I need?

If you like XREAS

Then just swap out the OE coil springs for something with up to 1 inch of lift and a higher load rate. Some Dobinson, MOOG and Toyota FJ springs will work. You just have to investigate.

Hi everyone, new to the site. I have a 2005 t4r 4wd limited and am wondering what to do to get started. I just wanted to level it out and put bigger tires on it but it looks like it might have issues with alignment etc. If I'm going to invest money in this, I want to do it right. I went to a store and they recommended the Icon 3.0 Stage 2 Kit. It's expensive, but if it runs well and the 275/70r17 fits and looks good then I'd buy it. I just don't want it to look overdone and out of place. I Googled it and some 3 inch risers look great which is exactly what I'm looking for, others look out of place. Any suggestion?? I really appreciate it, thank you

I think if you want to get it right the first time it's a great way to go, and personally I think the look of the lift depends a lot on the wheels and tires that come with it, but this lift should look something like this. however, note that this allows you to adjust the height of the path. Depending on how hard you want to drive, there are definitely cheaper options that still offer great suspension for those who don't like off-roading, and the ability to free up larger tires like the . B. a Bilstein 5100/Toytec configuration.
