This 3" lift system is designed to improve ride quality and handling while improving off-road capability with up to 37" tire clearance.
These new 3-inch systems are not only designed to lift, but also enhance the performance of the new Wrangler JL right out of the box. Factory run and spring prices. These springs provide extra ride height and increase suspension travel. They are paired with your choice of specially tuned NX2 Series or FOX 2.0 IFP Series gas shocks for a smoother ride and better damping over rough terrain.
In addition to new coil springs and gas shocks, these include 3-inch sets of front and rear shocks to properly limit the suspension. Heavy-duty adjustable front track rods are used to reset the front axle and eliminate any unwanted side-to-side movement. The right front wheel is supplied by a set of discs with a lower cam lock. JKS Quicker Disconnects come with the kit to unleash the flexibility of the front suspension while maintaining quiet handling on the road with an adjustable heavy-duty design and ball bushings. Along with the anti-roll bar, there are bolt-on mounting posts on each side for easy storage of the anti-roll bar when you're out on the trails. Extended sway bar link is provided at the rear to keep the sway bar at the optimal working angle and allows for more sag when paired with matching NX2 Series or FOX 2.0 Series rear shocks.
The rear end of the kit is a 2-piece rear bar mount that brings the rear axle back under your new Wrangler JL while improving the working angle for improved cylinder center geometry.

These 3-inch systems not only lift, but enhance the performance of the Wrangler JL and are ready to go.
Replace ProRide coil springs at each corner, 3 inches in the front and 1.25 inches in the rear, for a balanced stance. These springs provide extra ride height and increase suspension travel. The rear springs are double-rate for increased load capacity. In addition to new coil springs, the kits include front and rear shocks to properly limit suspension travel. Front wheel alignment is provided by a set of lower cam lock washers, or upgrade to available HD adjustable control arms for even more strength and adjustability. JKS Quicker Disconnects come with the kit to unleash the flexibility of the front suspension while maintaining quiet handling on the road with an adjustable heavy-duty design and ball bushings. The sway bar splitters have screw-on mounting posts on each side for easy storage of the sway bars while driving. The extended rear sway bar has a sway bar that keeps the sway bar at an optimal working angle and allows for more downhill travel.
Now available with the new Fox 2.5 Performance Series shocks! A 2.5" aluminum housing with main piston and true internal fluid piston (IFP) separates gas and oil for consistent and fade-resistant performance. The 2.5-inch piston provides greater power capacity by moving more fluid and increasing damping, and is less prone to cavitation.

Glide-Ride leaf spring system
Shot blasting increases tensile strength and reduces fatigue while reducing the required material thickness. Thinner material allows for increased wheel travel and provides a smoother ride.
Bolt-on paper adjustment clips prevent the paper from deflating and allow the paper to twist and bend, resulting in greater clarity.
Each spring is pre-set using hydraulic tension to reduce fatigue on the steel and prevent bowing.
Some applications include leaf springs with steel rubber rings. Other uses include blue polyurethane bushings.
Friction pads are placed between the blades to reduce spring friction and metal-to-metal noise.
Tapered and rolled plates increase flexibility and provide uniform deformation rates. The taper allows for smoother transitions between sheets as compression occurs, resulting in a smoother ride as wheel travel increases.
Suspension system with Pro-Ride coil springs
Springs are cold wound with 9254 chromosil or hot wound with 5160 for longevity.
BDS coil springs are designed to withstand full coil connections. In other words, you can completely flatten our coils and they will return to their original height.
Polyester-based powder coating for flexibility and durability.
Each spring has a preset hydraulic tension to reduce steel fatigue and prevent sagging.
Coils add traction and allow for maximum wheel travel without sacrificing spring life.
